Peridot Media uses information to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, provide services and understand its advertising. Contact Emily Rudolph at erudolph@peridotconsult.com with privacy questions or requests.
Inquiries and scheduling
If you email us or book an intro call, we receive the contact details, business information and answers you provide. We use them to respond, assess service fit, schedule and follow up on your request. Please do not include health information, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information in booking answers.
Calendly handles scheduling under its privacy policy. The embedded scheduler loads when you choose to open it; Calendly may process technical data and use its own cookie controls. Our hosting, email and calendar providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
If you accept advertising measurement, we load the Meta Pixel. Meta receives page activity and completed booking events, along with technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL and cookie identifiers. This helps measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising and may support Meta’s advertising services. See Meta’s privacy policy.
We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone number, booking answers or Calendly booking details through these events. Automatic advanced matching is not part of this implementation. A completed booking event does not mean that a lead is qualified, attended a meeting or became a client.
Advertising measurement is off until you accept. You can decline and still use the site and book a meeting. Your privacy choices below let you withdraw permission for future measurement. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping Meta measurement off. Withdrawing permission cannot recall information already shared. If you consent, Meta may set identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc; our preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage resets that preference.
Advertising source information
When you arrive from one of our ads, non-personal campaign labels may accompany your Calendly booking so we can understand which ad led to the meeting. We assess qualification and sales outcomes separately from website clicks.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry, scheduling and client records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to advertising use. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Provider retention is governed by the providers’ policies.
